- 2 1/4 taza agua caliente
- 250 gramos pollo deshuesado (usé carne de un trutro entero)
- 2 huevos
- 2 cebollines
- 1/2 morrón rojo cortado en cuadritos
- 1 diente ajo picado finamente
- 1 trozo jengibre fresco rallado (2 cm)
- 4 cucharadas salsa de soya
- Pimienta a gusto
- 1 cucharada salsa de ostras (opcional)

- Preparar el arroz graneado: En una olla con dos cucharadas de aceite granear 1 1/2 taza de arroz hasta que esté blanco en su centro, agregar las 2 1/4 taza de agua caliente, bajar la llama al mínimo y cocinar tapado por 20 minutos. Quedará bien graneado, soltar con un tenedor los granos. Reservar.
- En un sartén con una cucharada de aceite, agregar los huevos ya batidos, expandir por todo el sartén y cocinar a fuego bajo como un panqueque. Dejar en un plato y cuando esté tibio cortar en cuadritos.
- En un wok colocar dos cucharadas de aceite y freír el pollo deshuesado cortado en cubitos, cocinar hasta que esté cocido. Reservar.
- En el mismo wok si es necesario agregar una cucharada más de aceite, sofreír el ajo picado en cuadritos y el jengibre rallado, hasta que suelte aroma, agregar la parte blanca del cebollín cortada en rodajas finas y el morrón en cuadritos, saltear por dos minutos. Agregar el arroz, el pollo, la salsa de soya, salsa de ostras y pimienta, y saltear por unos dos minutos más, para que el arroz tome temperatura.
- Añadir la parte verde del cebollín cortada en rodajas, saltear un par de minutos y por último agregar la tortilla de huevo cortada en cuadritos que teníamos reservado, mezclar un poco y ya está listo.
