  4. Añade toda la verdura picada: cebolla, pimiento, chile y ajo. Sigue friendo, moviendo de vez en cuando, hasta que todo esté cocido a tu gusto. Agrega la sal.
  5. Justo antes de servir el alambre, esparce encima el queso rallado o deshebrado y permite que se derrita sobre la mezcla de carne y verduras. Utiliza una espátula para servir tu alambre.
