- 200 gm zanahoria
- 250 gm papa en

- Primero vamos a utilizar: los chiles, jitomate, ajo, cebolla. Utilizamos una olla con poco aceite. Primero freímos el ajo y la cebolla (la cebolla filetearla de cualquier grosor) una vez que la cebolla se haya transparentado un poco, agregamos los chiles y el jitomate cortados en 4 partes. Lo movemos de manera frecuente y después de 5 min a fuego medio, agregamos el 1/2 lts de agua. Esperamos a que se cocine
- Mientas que se esta cocinando el paso 1, empezamos a cortar nuestra verdura (Zanahoria y papa) en cuadritos pequeños para que se puedan cocer de manera más rápida. Todas estas una vez cortadas, las reservamos en un traste con agua para que no se oscurezcan.
- Volvemos al paso 1 y,, una vez que ya hirvió esperamos tantito 3 minutos para agregarlo a la licuadora. En otra olla, una alta para que quede perfecto nuestro caldo, agregamos aceite y agregamos lo que molimos en la licuadora pero hay que colarlo por las semillas del chile. Lo dejamos hervir por 15 min.
- En nuestra olla del paso 3, agregamos nuestra papa y zanahoria con el agua que se remojó y agregamos el litro de agua con sal al gusto. Lo dejamos cocinar por 20-25 minutos y probamos de sal. Vamos a verificar que nuestro caldo esté cuando la verdura esté suave y pueda comerse. Una vez verificado, agregamos el camarón ya limpio y sin cáscara (este lo agregamos al último para que no se haga feo o se deshaga).
- Una vez que haya quedado perfecto tu caldito, acompáñalo con limón y cebolla en cuadritos.
