  9. Poner en una olla una cucharada de manteca y cuando esté caliente agregar la carne en trocitos y la naranja partida en 4.... así tal cual con cáscara (se me pasó tomarle esa foto)... cuando la carne esté cocida se retira las 4 partes naranja...
  10. Agregar el adobo o asado a la carne y dejar hervir por 30-40 min a fuego bajo....
  11. Listo!!! Yo lo acompaño con arroz rojo y frijoles graneados o de la olla... Buen provecho!!!!
