Si ven que queda muy seco se le puede agregar más aceite o un poco de agua de la cocción de los garbanzos. Reservar.
  3. Para servirlo se pone en un plato hondo o, como en mi caso, una cazuela. Lo emprolijamos bien con una cuchara y le hacemos canaletas circulares en donde colocaremos aceite de oliva y pimentón.
