  1. Todo lo preparo por separado aclaro a todos estas recetas son simples sencillas con un poco de creatividad por estas calores es más o menos para cinco personas. Lavo la cebolla luego la pelo y para que no me haga llorar le pongo un poco de agua hirviendo pero aún así un poquito arde la vista, luego la corto bien fina la coloco en un recipiente con un poco de aceite, un chorrito de vinagre y un poquito de sal.
  2. Al tomate lo lavo, lo corto en rodajas lo coloco en un recipiente y al igual que la cebolla un poquito de aceite, sal, vinagre.
  3. Hiervo los huevos unos ocho minutos luego los pelo luego corto en rodajas lo coloco en un recipiente pero no condimento quedan al natural. En una cacerola coloco las dos tazas de arroz un poco de aceite oliva un poquito de sal y a freír apenitas mirando y revolviendo con una cuchara de madera en mi caso es mejor, luego a medida que se nota un leve colorcito en el arroz se introduce 4 tazas de agua y tapan la cacerola.Yo particularmente la destapo antes de los 8 minutos.
  4. Para visualisar el secado del arroz hasta quedar a punto. Luego con el arroz frío lo condimento aceite, vinagre, sal arvejas y atún.
  5. En un sartén frito las chuletas en aceite común, un poco de sal yun poquito de ajil para las chuletas lo más común posible.no subi fotos de cada paso que explico literalmente estoy aprendiendo pero me encanta compartir experiencias.
  6. Por último en un plato a gusto yo personalmente coloco un poco de cebolla tomates, huevos, arroz chuleta en si todo. Pero cada uno coloca porciones de lo que más le agraden. (para 5 personas) !!!!
