(recomiendo que lo remuevas con varilla porque yo lo hice con tenedor y acabé con el brazo dolorido 😅) cuando esté en consistencia crema, se echa en un bol y se pone papel film tapándolo pegado para que no cree costra.
- Al día siguiente pones a cocer los huevos con agua y sal en agua hirviendo unos 10 minutos aprox y los dejas enfriar. Después los cortas en 4 cachos
- Se coge un poco de la bechamel en la mano y se hace como un hueco sin llegar a romper en el interior y se pone un cachito de huevo cocido y se cierra la masa en forma de croqueta, así una a una, luego se va pasando por harina, huevo y pan rallado (en mi caso fue pan rallado con perejil)
- Lo dejas reposar un poco y unos minutos antes de comer se fríen para comerlas calentitas.
