  1. Prepararemos un Gohan ("arroz para sushi") o un arroz blanco. Dependiendo del tipo de arroz que tengamos.
  2. Mientras se cuece el arroz vamos a preparar los mariscos. En mi caso utilicé precocidos, así que será más rápido. Para ello los freiremos en mantequilla junto al ajo.
  3. Reservamos el arroz y los mariscos.
  4. Cortamos las zanahorias y papas en cubitos finos (yo le agrego elotitos y chícharos pero no es parte de la receta xD)
  5. Freímos las verduras con un poco de mantequilla.
  6. Cuando estén un poco doradas agregamos el polvo de curry disuelto en el yogurt o la crema. Esto dependerá de que tan ácido lo quieran. Yo recomiendo crema para uno muy picoso. Y yogurt para uno sin chile. Agregamos la salsa de soja.
  7. Cuando se empiece a aguadar verteremos el jugo de naranja sin dejar de mover.
  8. Pasados unos 5 min a fuego alto, bajaremos la flama y agregaremos la fécula de maíz disuelta en 1/4 tz de agua fría. Y revolvemos.
  9. Dejamos cocer por 15 min para que espese y apagamos.
  10. Calentamos un poco el arroz y los mariscos (por separado para hacer una mejor presentación)
  11. Para emplatar usaremos un plato hondo para ayudarnos. Del lado derecho colocamos un poco de mariscos, del izquierdo arroz.
  12. Nivelamos la altura del plato con más arroz y lo tapamos con un plato extendido grande.
  13. Para servir solo damos la vuelta para que todo quede sobre el plato extendido y cubrimos la mitad con la salsa.
