Se mete al horno a una temperatura de 200 grados tomando en cuenta 45 a 1 hora por kilo si le dejan el hueso... si no es un poco menos de tiempo cada quince minutos bañamos con la marinada y los jugos que va soltando, podemos agregar unas papitas, cebollitas de rabo y zanahorias baby para que se horneen junto con la pierna.
  5. La pierna debe quedar barnizadita por arriba. El resto de la mezcla lo cocinamos a que espese y se pone en una salsera para que cada comensal agregue a su gusto.
