- 1 salsa de tomate (de su preferencia)
- unas ramitas de cilantro
- 4 papas pequeñas o medianas

- consomé de res
- sal de ajo
- mostaza
- pimienta
- salsa Inglesa (salsa negra)
- al gusto sal

- Primero Vamos a cortar nuestra carne en trozos del tamaño que queramos... quitando la manteca o nervios de la carne.
- Luego de cortada la carne vamos a agregarla en algo hondo y vamos agregarle sal de ajo, pimienta, mostaza y salsa negra y dejamos que se marine por uno 5-10 minutos.
- Ahora vamos a poner la olla donde vamos a hacer nuestra carne... así que agregaremos un poco de aceite y dejamos que caliente a fuego medio bajo.
- Cuando esté caliente el aceite agregamos nuestra carne ya marinada y la freímos bien.. hasta que toda cambie de color.
- Seguido vamos agregar agua hasta que cubra la carne y sazonamos con un poco de consomé de res y sal (esa agua ayudará a que la carne se ablande) dejamos a fuego bajo por unos 30-40 min.. cuidando que no se quede sin agua (debe quedar caldito) y agregamos el cilantro picado y la cebolla en julianas
- Cada 15 minutos revisar si la carne ya esta blandita y cuando esté a nuestro gusto de suave, agregaremos nuestras papas y zanahorias cortadas en cubos no tan grandes ni tan pequeños junto con la salsa de tomate y dejamos que se suavicen a nuestro gusto y luego se puede servir con un rico arroz de nuestro gusto 😊😊
- Nota: yo no pude ponerle mucha zanahoria porqué no tenia tanta, así que lo hice con más papas 😊😊.... estar pendientes siempre del sazón 😊😊
- Nota 2: pueden usar una salsa Naturas de tomate Ranchera o hacer una salsa (licuar 3 tomates,un trozo de cebolla e igual un trozo de chile verde,un chorro de agua,consome de carne o de pollo y listo para usarse)
