- En una sartén sofreír los con aceite de coco 10' Reservar.
Remojar los garbanzos durante la noche anterior con vinagre blanco y hervir los 30', colarlos y reservar. - Escurrir el pescado,, desmenuzar en lacas quitándole espinas y la piel.
- Preparar en una pyrex cebolla, ajo, garbanzos, bacalao y mezclar.
- Llevar a horno moderado 20'. Calentar platos en microondas (1' por plato)
