  7. 1 cucharadita sal

  1. El primer paso es activar la levadura, para ello añadiremos la levadura y el azúcar en el agua tibia, mezclar hasta diluir la levadura y dejar reposar al menos 10 minutos
  2. En un bol añadir la harina y la cucharadita de sal, se deben unir estos ingredientes para que la sal no afecte la levadura posteriormente

    Luego agregar las dos cucharadas de aceite y la levadura activada
  3. Mezclar todos los ingredientes y amasar bien por 10 minutos, hasta obtener una masa manejable y lisa
  4. Dejar reposar la masa por lo menos una hora hasta que doble su tamaño
  5. Después del tiempo de reposo dividir la masa en ocho porciones iguales
  6. Formar bolitas con cada porción y luego con la ayuda de rodillo, estirarlas hasta que tomen una forma ovalada, como se puede observar en la imagen
  7. Seguidamente untar aceite vegetal en el óvalo formado y luego doble el pan por la mitad
  8. Dejar reposar unos 30 minutos más y seguidamente cocinar en la vaporera por unos 10-12 minutos.
