Ponemos un recipiente en la parte baja del horno y al meter el pan, añadir agua caliente para crear vapor.
  4. Mientras picamos el ajo y el perejil y le añadimos el aceite, reservar en un bol.
  5. Sacamos el pan del horno y pincelamos todas las piezas con la majada y lo volvemos a meter en el horno unos 20 minutos, con el horno apagado.Sacamos pasado ese tiempo y dejamos enfriar en una rejilla, en casa no dejan que se enfríe, desaparecen calentitos jejeje, Tevasapuntar.
